To receive clear, timely, truthful, and complete information about my health status, allowing me to make free, conscious, and informed decisions about treatment.

Not to be subjected to clinical trials or experimental treatments without my consent.

To receive work disability leave under the terms and conditions provided by the treating health professional.

To receive education at the individual and family level about mental health and forms of self-care.

To receive timely and comprehensive care, based on humanization, safety, and quality by an interdisciplinary team specialized in mental health, with the best scientific evidence and technology.

That my medical history is confidential and can only be known by third parties with my authorization, according to the cases provided by law.

Dignified and non-discriminatory treatment, respecting my customs.

To choose the health personnel of your preference and a second opinion.
